Our Service

QC House Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company that provides cleaning services directly through our own employed, insured, and background-checked team. We are not a referral service or lead generation platform.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes based on the information you provide about your home. We use flat-rate pricing. The price quoted is the price you pay unless the scope of work changes after an on-site assessment.

Recurring Plans

Recurring cleaning plans are commitment-free. You may pause, skip, or cancel your plan with 24 hours notice. No long-term contracts are required.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no charge.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote and to grant our team safe access to your home on the scheduled day.
